Absolutely perfect location not too far from prehistoric caves. Very efficient staff, brand-new single room. Great-sized bathroom, and an iron with ironing board, a coffee/tea maker and TV.

Clean, small hotel, I loved immaculate rooms and accommodating staff. Bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. Its location was central, very close to St John's Church. The venue was in a very quite area, really close to centre, and sea front & restaurants.

Acess for parking not good, but bearing in mind difficulty in finding anywhere to park in torquay, the stay in the hotel was worth it.

Just the hill to get there not to big but hard with a bad back.

The hotel had all the facilities we were looking for, small but very cosy, friendly and close to. the city centre and the beach. The manager was very professional and the service during breakfast was great. We were surprise about the cleanliness of the place, and if we had the chance we would come back!
Although the room was a standard double, the bed seemed to be smaller than normal, also. the toilet and shower were very small, I think for us it worked just fine because we only stayed for two nights,

Very much welcomed. Nicely situated to shopping and walks. Breakfast excellent to start the day.
Turbo flushed toilet system that can cause odours. Typical complaint using this system.

The hotel features a lovely character hotel, complete with comfortable rooms and a well-equipped en-suite. Breakfasts were generous with options for extra tea and toast, and having a fridge in the room for fresh milk was a good surprise. The steep driveway can be challenging, and parking spaces feel limited during busy times. The climb back from town requires good stamina, though the close proximity to attractions is a major plus.
